This is a Old Floor Tiles material created in Substance Designer as part of the GAME 722: Materials course at SCAD.
The material was built entirely from scratch using a procedural workflow. The pattern structure was developed based on real-world historic tiles in Winchester Cathedral references, while additional variation in tile height, color, and surface detail was added to make the material feel more natural.
The final material was rendered in Unreal Engine 5.6 using an HDRI lighting setup.
