I worked as Head of 2D Background at KP Comics Studio on the animated feature film The Glassworker.

My responsibilities included creating 2D background environments and supervising a team of junior artists to maintain visual quality and visual consistency across assigned scenes. I also provided artistic guidance and reviewed background assets throughout production.

Our team at KP Comics Studio was responsible for approximately one-third of the film’s background environments, and I oversaw the quality and production of these scenes while contributing background artwork as well.

All backgrounds were fully hand-painted in Adobe Photoshop, following a traditional animation background painting workflow.
